Online Personal Training

Experience the convenience of working out from home with our online personal training program. Gez  will create a customised workout plan based on your fitness goals and provide ongoing support. You will have access to your own app where you can access your program and videos whilst having a easy method to contact Gez for any questions. There is also a group function where you can join to get updates and classes to try out with other members. 

Handstands/Bodyweight Skills

Ever wanted to learn a handstand or press to handstand (slowly lifting your legs from the ground to the handstand position)? Gez can guide you from classes or 1-2-1 sessions to gain this skill and other similar bodyweight movements such as the gymnastic ring or bar muscle up etc.

Strength & Conditioning

Want to learn how to lift weights properly or get a specific workout aimed at helping you achieve your sporting goals? Whether it's the power or Olympic lift variations get in touch to find out more. Gez is a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach as well as a Functional Range Strength Coach.
