Online Personal Training

Experience the convenience of working out from home with our online personal training program. Gez  will create a customised workout plan based on your fitness goals and provide ongoing support. You will have access to your own app where you can access your program and videos whilst having a easy method to contact Gez for any questions. There is also a group function where you can join to get updates and classes to try out with other members. 

Handstands/Bodyweight Skills/Calisthenics

 Ever wanted to nail a handstand or even press up into one with control?
Gez offers classes and 1-to-1 coaching to help you build the strength and skill for handstands, as well as other bodyweight moves like ring and bar muscle-ups. Step by step, you’ll develop the mobility, technique, and confidence to master these challenging movements. 

Strength & Conditioning

 Want to get stronger, move better, and train with confidence?
Gez is a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach and Functional Range Strength Coach who can guide you with workouts designed around your goals. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to step up your training, Gez will help you build strength that carries over into sport and everyday life. 

Mixed Martial Arts

 

  • Train with a former Muay Thai & MMA champion — hit pads or roll on the mats with Gez.
     
  • From the ring to the mats: Learn striking or grappling with Gez.
     
  • Want real fight experience? Gez brings his Muay Thai & MMA background to your training.

Stretch & Strength Classes

Try out a Stretch & Strength class for a combination of flexibility, strength, flows and breathing. Flows can be challenging but can be regressed to any level.
