Each major joint is assessed individually to identify where mobility, strength, or control may be lacking, based on your lifestyle, training, or sporting demands. The process is tailored to your goals, ensuring a truly individualised approach.
CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations) may also be used to assess how well your joints function together and highlight any limitations in movement quality.
Following the assessment, you’ll receive a personalised programme designed to address any restrictions or imbalances—helping you move better, build strength, and reduce injury risk.
Sessions typically last 60–75 minutes, depending on your needs and findings.
