A Functional Range Assessment provides an objective overview of the movement capacity of each major joint in the body, measuring both passive and active ranges of motion. Each joint is assessed individually, helping to determine whether improvements in mobility or strength are needed based on your daily activities or sporting demands. The assessment is tailored to your personal goals for a truly individualized approach.
A CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations) assessment may also be used to evaluate how effectively your joints move in relation to one another.
Following the assessment, a customized program can be developed to address any limitations or imbalances identified. Sessions typically last 60–75 minutes, depending on your goals and the findings.
