Kinstretch is a system which can help enhance movement capacity and is designed to be used in a class format to make it accessible to more people in one setting. It can lead to better articular health and mobility as well as creating more movement options and because of this can help you build a more useable range of motion. This also can allow for more training options as you'll be able to build more strength throughout this new range.
It has a self assessment process based on a technique set called CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations) and these can be expanded to help create strong and supple joints. It aims to close the gap between passive range of motion and active range of motion and gives you greater capacity of your hips, spine, shoulders etc.
It is designed to complement other activties and sports such as yoga, martial arts, running etc.
