About Us

Gez Coville

Gez Coville is a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning coach / Personal Trainer. He is also a qualified yoga teacher and Mixed Martial Arts coach (ex champion in Muay Thai and MMA). As one of the first Kinstretch and Functional Range Strength Coaches in the area he is able to provide assessments and guidance on improving flexibility, strength and movement. If you're looking to lose weight he is also Precision Nutrition qualified so can help with guidance on food and food habits. 

Kinstretch Classes

 Kinstretch is a movement practice designed to expand your mobility, improve flexibility, and build strength throughout your full range of motion. Classes provide an opportunity to deepen your understanding of your body, identify areas for improvement, and support long-term joint health. 

Functional Range Assessments

 Book a Functional Range Assessment to evaluate the current mobility of each joint and identify areas that may need improvement. The assessment includes both passive and active measurements, providing valuable insight to help tailor your training program. Contact Gez for more details.
